Happy Christmas from the Eat your history team and Sydney Living Museums! We’ve had such an exciting year, highlights being this blog being shortlisted for the New South Wales Premier’s History Multimedia award and our exhibition, Eat your history: a shared table at the Museum of Sydney (until March 9). We hope you’ll have time to visit the exhibition over the summer break, and for the holidays there are some fun activity ideas to inspire the kids if you have them in tow.

Our visitors to the exhibition are asked to share their thoughts, fondest food memories or favourite recipes, and we’ve chosen a few that speak of cherished Christmases past.
