Yes, the recipes on the link are ‘skewiff’ but the ingredients give the gist of the dish. Green bananas are an important staple for many Island nations, and it makes sense that they’d be readily used in north Queensland as well. They certainly have a floury, sticky taste if they are not quite ripe. Do you not get a tummy ache if you cook the green bananas?
