Elizabeth Farm’s Spring Harvest Festival was a great success, and we’ve been looking forward to sharing these photos of the day!

The talks were hosted by food writer Barbara Sweeney. Along with Jacqui and myself we heard from Ankit Chopra from Eat Me Chutneys, Westerly Isbaih from Alto Olives and Grant Hilliard from Feather and Bone. Over in the east garden we had hands-on demonstrations from cheese-maker Kristen Allan, and Jaimee Edwards from Cornersmith talked pickling and fermenting. In the house we had some increasingly eccentric chats about the Macarthurs’ table settings from yours truly! A food-packed day!
